FFL Transfers
Buying a firearm online or having one shipped from an out-of-state retailer? You need a licensed Federal Firearm License (FFL) holder to legally receive the firearm on your behalf and complete the final transfer paperwork.
We're proud to offer fast, secure, and professional FFL transfer services. We simplify the process, ensuring all transactions are compliant with federal and state laws, so you can receive your new firearm quickly and legally.
How to Complete Your Firearm Transfer (3 Easy Steps)
Follow these steps to ensure a smooth and timely transfer of your firearm to our location:
Step 1: Purchase and Notification
-
Purchase: Buy your firearm from an online retailer or out-of-state FFL.
-
Provide Our FFL: Instruct the seller to ship the firearm to us. The seller must contact us to request a copy of our FFL.
-
Customer Notification: Once the seller has our FFL, please contact us immediately via phone or email to let us know the item is incoming. Please include your Name, Contact Number, and the Sender's Tracking Number (if available).
Step 2: Confirmation and Scheduling
-
Wait for Confirmation: DO NOT come to the store until we notify you that your firearm has been logged into our inventory and is ready for pickup. We will contact you directly via phone or email.
-
Schedule Your Appointment: Once confirmed, you MUST schedule a dedicated appointment for your transfer.

| NFA Firearm Transfer (Title II items: Suppressors, SBRs, SBSs, Machine Guns) | $85.00 |
| Denied NICS Check | $20.00 (Covers time and re-submission) |
Note: Transfer fees are due at the time of pickup. If a background check is denied, the $20 fee applies, and you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping to the seller.
What to Bring for Your Transfer
You must have the following items with you to complete the transfer process and the federal background check:
-
1. Valid State-Issued ID: A current and non-expired government-issued photo ID (e.g., Driver's License or State ID) that shows your current physical address.
-
2. Payment: Cash or Credit/Debit Card for the transfer fee.
-
3. Proof of Residence (If ID is Non-Compliant): If your ID does not show your current physical address (e.g., if you recently moved), you must bring a secondary, valid, government-issued document showing your current address (e.g., current vehicle registration, voter registration card, or tax document).
